Our patented CDC cooking lines, with a capacity range from 30 to 5,000 kg/h are designed for a fast, homogeous temperature cooking to the core of the product thanks to our streaming technology.

This process is sequentially composed of modules for thawing, cooking and washing / pre-cooling.

Optional : This process can receive in output TDC and TSRA modules to ensure the freezing and sub-cooling of products
